Founder of the Rock 4 You school and director of Danse Volontaires, Cédric Anjuère has been passionate about social dance for over twenty years. He discovered Rock 4 Temps in 2002 and very quickly began to pass on what he learned, initially informally to friends, before gradually developing a real teaching activity.

Trained as an engineer (ESTP), Cédric approaches dance with both an analytical and sensitive eye. He enjoys understanding and explaining the mechanics of movement, aiming to make dance more fluid, natural, and accessible to everyone. This pedagogical approach, blending technical precision with a friendly atmosphere, is now central to the ethos of the schools he directs.

Over the years, he has developed several projects around dance: creation of the ESTP Rock Club, participation in teaching within Parisian clubs, launch of the educational website bien-danser.com, then founding of the Rock 4 You school in 2018.

With the creation of Danse Volontaires in 2024, Cédric pursues a simple objective: to create places where dance is accessible to all, where one can learn seriously without ever losing the pleasure of dancing and sharing.

Originally from Belgium, Cordélia discovered dance at the age of 15 through 4-Count Rock. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to explore different ways of dancing this style across Europe, including Friezen Rock in Germany and Rock Versaillais in France.

Alongside this passion, and after completing a Master's degree in Management, she pursued a career in finance, working for a year and a half in private banking and procurement. Following this, she chose to take a year to travel across Europe, a break that allowed her to further nurture her passion for dance and meeting new people.

In July 2025, she left Belgium to settle in Paris and join the Rock 4 You and Danse Volontaires adventure alongside Cédric. Today, she actively participates in the daily management and organization of the school, ensuring the smooth running of classes, workshops, and projects that bring the place to life.

Passionate about Argentine Tango since 2006, Charlotte Millour has gradually transformed this fascination into a true way of life. Over the years, she has made several trips to Buenos Aires to train with renowned maestros and immerse herself in the culture surrounding this dance. These experiences have allowed her to develop a profound approach to Tango, nourished as much by technique as by musical sensitivity and the relationship between partners.

For over ten years, Charlotte has been sharing this passion through classes, workshops and training sessions. She also participates in events and milongas, particularly in Paris, where she has been involved in organizing and leading major dance gatherings such as the milongas of the 6th arrondissement town hall, supported by the Argentine Embassy.

For her, Tango is much more than a technique: it's a universal language, a space for encounter and sharing. Through her energy, sensitivity, and experience, Charlotte guides students in discovering an authentic Tango, accessible to all and profoundly vibrant.
