
Yoga & Pilates Classes
Beyond dance, our school also offers gentle yet powerful disciplines to nurture both body and mind. Yoga and Pilates are two ideal practices for improving strength, flexibility, balance, and breathing, while providing a true moment of inner peace. They are accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, and are an excellent complement to dance or any other physical activity.
Thursday from 12:30 to 1:30 pm — Pilates Class
Take advantage of your lunch break to recharge with a Pilates class taught by Émilie and organized by Oly Be. Accessible to all, this class allows you to strengthen your core muscles, improve your posture, and release the tension accumulated during the week. Guided in a supportive atmosphere, you'll leave the class feeling both toned and relaxed, ready to head out with renewed energy for the afternoon.
Saturday from 10 am to 11 am — Yoga Class
Vinyasa Yoga is the most "modern" variation of dynamic yoga. Often guided by music, the class is a sequence of postures linked by breath. The postures flow seamlessly through the space (seated, standing, on the floor), and the music and breathwork help you quickly let go while strengthening and increasing your flexibility. An ideal class to clear your mind, get a good workout, and build strength!

Meet your future teachers: Emilie Cailleau & Mathilde Aschbacher
Whether it's lifting weights, bulking up, or achieving peak performance, Emilie doesn't care. Her credo, which she conveys with plenty of smiles and a pedagogical approach, is that sport is first and foremost about feeling good. In her training sessions, you leave your judgments at the door, breathe, and move while having fun! Her classes sparkle with advice given with kindness, whatever your motivation or goal: to sweat, let go, refocus, or sculpt yourself from the inside out... As comfortable with a pen as she is on her mat (she's also an author and fitness journalist), this sports coach, passionate about meditation and running, draws her inspiration from the world of fitness, Pilates, and yoga, in which she is certified. A yin and yang mix that you'll quickly become addicted to!


After completing 200 hours of training with the Olybe School, Mathilde teaches a dynamic Vinyasa Yoga set to music, built around different themes each week. Her sessions offer a fluid and engaging practice, guided by breath and intention. Inspired by years of dance experience, she blends intensity, creativity, and discipline, while offering options accessible to all levels. Each session incorporates breathing exercises and takes place in a positive and supportive atmosphere. She continues to train regularly to enrich and develop her teaching.
