Yoga Classes

Beyond dance, our school also offers gentle yet powerful disciplines to nurture both body and mind. Yoga is an ideal practice for improving strength, flexibility, balance, and breathing, while providing a true moment of inner peace. It is accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level, and are an excellent complement to dance or any other physical activity.

Yoga Class on Saturday from 10 am to 11 am

Vinyasa Yoga is the most "modern" variation of dynamic yoga. Often guided by music, the class is a sequence of postures linked by breath. The postures flow seamlessly through the space (seated, standing, on the floor), and the music and breathwork help you quickly let go while strengthening and increasing your flexibility. An ideal class to clear your mind, get a good workout, and build strength!

Mathilde teaches a dynamic and fluid Vinyasa Yoga, guided by breath and music. Inspired by dance, she offers creative and accessible sessions for all, combining intensity, precision and kindness.
