Solo Groove on Fridays from 7pm to 8pm

Solo Groove is a class designed to help you "feel" the music and express yourself freely through movement. From Blues to Funk, including Swing, you'll explore various African-American musical styles while working on rhythm, space, and fluidity. It's a real burst of energy to develop your style and have fun dancing, even without a partner.

Lindy Hop for couples on Fridays from 8pm to 9pm

Born in Harlem in the 1920s, Lindy Hop is a joyful, friendly, and energetic swing dance. This class allows you to learn the technical and cultural foundations of this iconic dance, while sharing the joy of dancing together. Whether you come alone or as a couple, you are welcome: we simply ensure a balance of roles so everyone gets to dance as much as possible. Bounces, kicks, and good vibes guaranteed to the rhythm of swing!

Blues for couples on Fridays from 9pm to 10pm

Dancing the Blues is like entering a culture deeply rooted in African American history. More than just a series of steps, it's a language of connection, music, and shared emotions. This couples class is open to everyone, even if you register alone: ​​we ensure equal roles so everyone finds a partner and fully enjoys the class. An authentic and moving experience at the heart of modern music's roots.

Maud's approach is deeply respectful of the African-American roots of the Blues, which she shares with passion, openness, and authenticity. Her dynamic teaching style emphasizes listening, groove, and personal expression: learning to dance with your body, your musicality, and your feelings. With her, each class becomes a space for exchange and creativity, where you progress with confidence while celebrating the rich cultural heritage of the Blues and Lindy Hop.

A passionate dancer since childhood, Maud began with competitive Rock’n’Roll before exploring other styles: Hip Hop, Boogie Woogie, House… until she discovered Blues and Lindy Hop, which became her preferred forms of expression. A true traveler at heart, she now teaches throughout Europe and collaborates with numerous artists.
